My name is Steve Schadt. I’m a designer.  I’m a writer.  I’m a photographer. I’m a salesman.

I was hired out of school at as a art director/designer for McCann Erickson San Diego where I learned agency advertising.

After that, I worked with Disney and other companies in San Diego doing product development and toy design.

I signed on with Einstein Medical during the dot.com boom. I was Creative Director through 2005.

I started to sell so many projects that I found myself moving into the sales department. I became the Director of Corporate Development and created the  pharmaceutical and device side of the business until 2008.

In 2008 was promoted to Director of Marketing, a title I hold today.

I love making things. I love solving problems. Most of my professional reputation is built upon making websites and advertising that really works.

I don’t care what your project looks like. I care if it makes money for you. That’s my personal definition of good advertising.

I lecture worldwide. I talk about medical marketing, conversion techniques and sales training.
